Investors can recoup their stock market losses when the losses are the result of the negligence of an investment advisor or a stockbroker, the unsuitability of their recommendations, or a breach of their fiduciary duty.

Other grounds for recovery also exist. The same principles apply to losses sustained in mutual funds, bonds and annuities. Assessing a situation and identifying whether these grounds exist is our stock in trade.

Too few people realize that recovery is possible in these cases because they mistakenly believe - or are told - that such losses are their own fault. Not true. Because we understand securities and investment law so well, we’ve been instrumental in helping investors with legitimate claims get their money back.

In this regard, our experience prior to opening our law office in 1997 has proven to be invaluable. For example, Mr. Brady was a stockbroker for nine years before enrolling in law school. After graduating and before entering private practice, he was a Securities Examiner for the state of Washington Department of Financial Institutions.

Though we’ve located our offices in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, we work with clients from around the country.

Information is available throughout this website about the various aspects of investment loss recovery. If you or someone you know has suffered serious investment losses, why not complete the short questionnaire and send it to us? Or, simply contact us directly by telephone or email for more information. Either way, there is no obligation and you can be confident that we will give you an honest opinion about the merits of your situation.

Don’t delay. Deadlines, called statutes of limitations, apply to investors’ rights to recovery. Investors who “sleep” on their rights may find that even the strongest claim is time barred. These deadlines are complicated, so don’t procrastinate in seeking our opinion. Likewise, investors should not give up just because they assume - or are told - that they waited too long. If we think your claim is a good one and you retain us to pursue it, we will handle it efficiently, with discretion, and with sensitivity.

Finally, please be aware that this website is solely for informational purposes. It does not constitute legal advice and use of it does not create an attorney/client relationship.
